Shipping/Returns

All our products are ready made & ready to ship unless explicitly stated otherwise. However, we are a one-woman band so please allow up to two working days for us to process and ship your order.

 

Saturday & Sunday are not 'typical' working days for us.

 

UK Shipping

UK orders are FREE first class delivery when you spend over £15, otherwise they are £3.99 first class with Royal Mail or £7.99 for Tracked Shipping.

Due to the current pandemic, we do not class a parcel as missing until 28 days after dispatch. However, we will give a small gift for any parcels delayed 14 days or more in transit (10 days for first class).

We strongly recommend to upgrade to first class shipping if you need your parcel for a certain date, or wouldn't like to wait for your parcel. Once your order has been dispatched it is out of our hands.

 

International Shipping

ALL International orders are £7.99 postage and packaging.

 

*It is the responsibility of the customer to check customs eligibility and prices prior to purchase. We cannot cancel purchases, intercept parcels or provide any refunds for retained/destroyed items or help towards any additional charges individual customs may incur. If we receive the parcels back from customs in a re-saleable condition, we will refund the customer but this may take an undetermined amount of time to receive these parcels and this is not guaranteed.

 

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us first as we would love to help. Alternatively, if you need to return your order for any reason, please return within 14 days of delivery to the address below any items for a refund in their original packaging and unworn condition. Any damaged products may not be refunded. Please leave a note in your return with your name and order number so we can track your refund.

We strongly recommend to send your products with a tracked postal method and appropriate insurance. If we do not receive your return it is your responsibility to claim this with the postal service you used and we are not liable for any parcels lost in transit. All refunds will be enacted within 14 days of receipt.

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged/faulty product, please contact us and we will endeavor to correct this as soon as possible. All products come with a 60-day safety guarantee where if you notice any signs of abnormal wear and tear we will organise a replacement or refund.
