Shipping/Returns

The majority of our orders are sent with Royal Mail. Ready made products will be dispatched in approximately 0-5 working days, made to order products are dispatched in approximately 0-10 working days. We list whether a product is made to order in the individual product description.

 

Due to the current pandemic, we do not class a parcel as missing until 28 days after dispatch. However, we will give a small gift for any parcels delayed 14 days or more in transit.

Please bear in mind, whilst the majority of our parcel deliveries have returned to normal, many parts of the UK are still experiencing delays with delivery. Once your order has been dispatched it is out of our hands.

 


 

 

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us first as we would love to help. Alternatively, if you need to return your order for any reason, please return within 14 days of delivery to the address below any items for a refund in their original packaging and unworn condition. Any damaged products may not be refunded. Please leave a note in your return with your name and order number so we can track your refund. Please note, we cannot offer returns for made to order products.

We strongly recommend to send your products with a tracked postal method and appropriate insurance. If we do not receive your return it is your responsibility to claim this with the postal service you used and we are not liable for any parcels lost in transit. All refunds will be enacted within 14 days of receipt.

In the unlikely event you have received a damaged/faulty product, please contact us and we will endeavor to correct this as soon as possible. All products come with a 60-day safety guarantee where if you notice any signs of abnormal wear and tear we will organise a replacement or refund.
